I would recommend not renting from the remote location. The app is slow and buggy. While returning the vehicle, the app couldn't figure out my location (even though it worked okay when I picked it up). You have to upload dozens of photos and the camera is so zoomed in, it is almost impossible to get photos of the vehicle in a crowded lot. It wanted a photo of me ... okay, but it only used the forward camera. I had to have someone take my photo. Driver's license front and back. Why couldn't I have done that before. And then it wanted the number of a friend to vouch for me. WTF? It took me about 30 minutes to reserve the vehicle and another 30 to return it. They really need to figure out the app. Also, why wasn't the tank full? I picked it up at a gas station. Other than that, the vehicle was fine and everything went well.

Jon KBefore billing at end explain there is a descrepency in fuel. If I’d been with a real human I could have problem solved instead of being charged a ridiculous price for gas after already paying to refuel it. I saw no descrepecy, nor was given a chance to address it.
Jennifer MI used U-Haul numerous times and never had a problem until this time. I was forced to use the U-Haul "app".. I use the word app VERY loosely.. Worst app I've ever had the displeasure of using. Had to restart the check-in no less than 8 times for it to work properly. Drop off was even worse. Never did get it to work properly. Finally just had to drop the keys in the lock box and hope for the best. I won't rent from U-Haul again if I'm forced to use it.

Anna SI received an email about checking in - the evening after we had already picked the truck up at the scheduled time. The hand cart and one dozen blankets I ordered were not in the truck. Other than that the truck ran well.
