for one the location was way out of my way to pick up. 70 miles to be exact. The guy was super rude at pick up and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to him. The uhaul was great & clean except for the back , it had to be swept and cleaned out before we could even load our furniture inside.MICHELLE DAWN S.
Uhaul rep met me outside however charged me more for whatever service. Needed better explanation of what or how UHaul works. Didnt think if I rented for 2 days but didnt use for two days I'd get refunded. Not charged for mileage as well....CARL W.

The truck a/c went out during our trip. we made several call with no luck of any help and what to do. Also when a made my reservation online I made it where I needed a truck and tow dolly but the I only got the truck. I had to go to multiple places to find a tow dolly.Justin F.

Vehicle I needed was readily available at this location as was indicated on their website. The uhaul website would not recognize my location for my self help pickup, however the people at Sams food mart were ready and willing to assist. Full pickup time including recieving keys, dolly and inspection of vehicle was under 10 minutes. Reasonably priced for vehicle use of 6 hours. Would definitely use this location again.Paul J.

Location told us we had to have the truck back in 6 hours when we had reserved it for 24. Location over charged and gave us no paper work. Charged for gas when gas was same as when we left. We had to call uhaul to get it all fixed. The guy at the location just kept telling us everything was in line. Very rudeJohnnie L.

We made reservations for a moving truck and when we were getting ready to go pick it up I noticed there was no longer a reservation. I called Uhaul and the gentleman I spoke with did not know why it was canceled. They no longer had the truck we requested available and we never received any notification or phone call our reservation was canceled. We ended up having to switch facilities to pick up a truck So we ended up behind schedule for our move. Also, our original reservation was suppose to be for 6 hours and someone with the new reservation Was only for 5 hours so we had to rush to get everything done sooner then expected so we didn't have to pay the extra fee. Furthermore, when we filled up the tank prior to returning the truck we filled it back up to full. We noticed that when we picked up the vehicle the needle was right at the full mark. When we filled it up, the needle went way beyond full so we ended up putting in way more gas then what we got it at due to the understanding we were to fill the tank back up even though it wasn't fully filled when we picked it up.Jacob B.

I will never rent from UHAUL again and will be advising everyone else I come in contact with not to either. After I rented and had a confirmed rental lined up in Killeen,TX about 15 minutes before we were were to leave I get notified that I had to go to Harker Heights to pick up. This location is a good 20-30 minutes from me vs. 5-10. I had people lined up to help and an hour drive in the other direction and it was Sunday and none of the Killeen locations was open I was forced to take it. Later I called to see if I could teturn it in Killeen and was informed that if I didn't take it back to where I picked it up I would be charged TWICE the cost if a one way rental. Talk about mad! What happened to guaranteed reservation or you get $50. Worst day ever!Rae W.
Train personnel on how to look up a reservation or rental agreement. Also properly train personnel on how to properly and safely hook up a trailer. Customers should not be hooking up the trailers they rent themselves. For small gas stations or store locations it should be someone available to help uhaul customers. A customer should not have to wait for store customers are checked out before getting assistance or completing rental transaction. A uhaul customer should not have to be held up to wait for another employee to come from their home to hook up a trailer because the employee working doesnt know how.Iris F.

This location did not want to handle my in-person pickup .. he stated that haul REQUIRED online only .. then when I returned the truck at 3:30 pm he stated that he would charge me an additional 20.00 if he had to handle it and insisted I go online for return .. I called haul customer service and they had to intervene on my behalf and remind them that was not the rules and to take care of it for me .. 35 min later it still was not done .. There was a spilled cola that dried and was in the pocket by the floor on the console. everything I stuck in that pocket was sticky and even ruined an mp3 disk. The dealer was so charming and very thorough so I kind of give it a pass. But still, that shpuld have been cleaned better. I'd rent from him again just because of his customer service.Jeffrey A.

i used it from about 3:30 to 6:00 pm took me longer to try to get it rented than actually using it. it was great but the guy that is in the store probably would need some one else their helpint. i dint know the price he charged me till i received at night. i don't think he input i returned it till hours later if he did. i might just go to a different location if i ever decide to rent again.maria O.
