I lost money!!!! First of all the truck bed was wet. I know they get cleaned by i needed it to be dry too, I needed to put boxes and mattresses in there. Now the biggest problem was that I needed a 15" instead of a 10". I took it right back within an hour of renting it. Well the attendant closed my 10" Out but couldn't get his system to work to get me a 15". Another store did have a15" but when I realized I had to pay whole price and not the difference from the price of the 10", i said that's ok I'll just make the 10" work as i couldn't afford to do that. I asked if he could just give me the 10" back, he said I'd have to purchase it again because he closed me out although I didn't get to even use it. I lived a mile from the store and was back up there within less than an hour. I was so upset...I struggled with my move and paid almost $80 for only less than an hour of the truck. I was hurt and to upset to call. I needed to just figure out my move and make it happen. So yes, so upset & hurt

Noted the wrong number of items on my original contract, showed that I was given 2 utility dolly’s and 60 furniture pads. I only received 1 utility dolly and 33 pads, and he was aware. He even told me at the counter he didn’t have the right number of things.

Freddie LI recently rented a U-Haul during my move from Killeen to the Houston area. When I picked up the truck, the manager at the Killeen location instructed me to return it back to that same location. Although it was inconvenient, I agreed because I needed to complete my move. On Monday, the Houston location contacted me asking about my drop-off time. I informed them that I had been told to return the truck to Killeen. They stated that was incorrect. I immediately contacted the Killeen location and spoke with the manager, who admitted it was their mistake and reassured me that I would not be charged any additional fees. However, approximately three hours later, U-Haul attempted to withdraw $460 from my account. Thankfully, I had already transferred my funds, but this was extremely concerning and stressful during an already difficult move. This experience reflects poor communication between locations and a lack of accountability. Customers should not have to worry about unexpected charges due to internal errors. I hope this issue is corrected and that better communication is implemented to prevent this from happening to others.
Brandy Jvery old equipment. multiple things were broken or didn't work correctly. The driver's door would not close correctly for example.
