Robert L.The area where the vendor is located, pretty sketchy. The uhaul had a very nasty smell, it looked clean but it did not smell clean. Additionally the location closed at 3pm, which wasn't made clear on the uhaul location, which resulted in my being charged an additional $20 to have them check the truck in for me on the next day. Additionally, the mobile check in link is very unclear and not as easy to use.

Roberto M.Start by having the working check the voredvt mileage and gas leveled before charging a customer over 450$ when the actual charge should only be 89$. Truck smelled like feces, was sticky, and overall a horrible experience. 0/10 rating.

Yvonne P.I declined SafeMove online and then was charged in my invoice. I was never asked if I wanted SafeMove. This is a really frustrating flaw that I think should be addressed. We have another move coming up and I am not sure if I want to have to deal with my requests being ignored when I schedule with UHaul.

ANTONIO H.The manager Antonio lie to me told me that I was taking a 15 inch but instead he gave me a 17-inch footer and it says it's a 15 inc footer. And thethe statement states that have the truck is returned after hours you get charged $20 not $39.95 again and I should have only been charged $29.95 U-Haul is very unprofessional with their subcontractors.. the lady I talked to was very rude very rude. Over charged for a senior citizen disabled
LUIS G.Don't charge me twice what you quoted me, don't make customers wait 45 minutes for someone to show up to pick up their reserved truck, maybe supply the equipment that was requested, and then don't just charge the card on file when an issue hasn't been resolved after promising to get back in touch with your customer to sort things out and then never doing that. I'm a realtor in SA and have a pretty heavy influence on where people spend their money when moving, I will make sure everyone in my brokerage deters their clients from this location. Not happy.

Simon P.When I reserved my u haul I didn't get safe coverage. The customer service rep went over everything. Next thing you know when I turned it in there is a charge for each day of safe move. You can see the last time I got a u haul I didn't get that. This man is a con no wonder he didn't ask for driver's license and rushing us out. I am not paying for those days on safe move. I will pay my balance with a gift card. And go to budget or find other services else where.

Nurani K.List of a place does not have the ability to drop off outside business hours. The first location I had picked did not have a drop box for the key, or anywhere to even park the car over the weekend. Had to scramble to find another place, then waited on hold for 30 minutes before I could speak to a customer service rep to see if it was ok to drop off somewhere else. It was frustrating after finding the drop off location and learning that there was no way to leave the vehicle.
