Everything was done through the app. No personnel were on the premises nor did appear to the facility appear to be open. Do note, I delivered the trailer on a holiday but the the actual U-Hual truck the following day. The contactless option was seamless and I appreciate the step by step process of when returning rentals but for those who prefer on hand support, this was not optional. I highly recommend an option to choose. Other than this, I would continue to use U-Haul for all hauling rentals.

Operator of this location was friendly, but could hardly speak English enough to communicate at all. He had no ability to completely inform me of my contract obligations. I was rather desperate for the use of a small trailer, so I was willing to blindly agree to things so I could have it for a short term use, but frankly, I would never do that again at any U-Haul location like this.

Nobody was there to check me in nobody was there to check me out. I hope you all got the payment and one of the persons that work with this woman who lives on the property check my drivers license a picture of my debit card and my license but when I kept calling the number to return it even to pick it up, it was a hassle. Definitely do not recommend this location to anybody unprofessional.

We had the worst experience ever renting a Usual from Sanchez Auto Sales! The owner whistled at me from his pickup, too lazy to get out to help me hitch up a trailer. If my son hadn't been with me, I would not have been able to connect the trailer to my truck. He never confirmed it was connected correctly. UHaul should sever their contract with Sanchez Auto Sales.

No one there when I drop off trailer. Place was a dump. Had to call later to give info on my rental and no one answered so I left the info in a message.

A lot of mud. But it had rained it's expected. I would have chose one closer to my house, but was not given that option. There are three in the town of Lockhart.

My reservation was for Saturday. This location isn’t open on Saturday, even tho the website says it is. Thank you to the Uhaul service rep that drove in to do the job that Sanchez Auto Service didn’t.

Access to equipment needs to be better. VERY bumpy with asphalt chunks mixed with the dirt was awful. Good thing I had a pickup that could handle this mess. NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.

No one at the location and they had massive chunks of asphalt in front of the trailer that caused the vehicle to nearly get stuck.

I would not allow this company represent uhaul, his location says open from 8am-7pm on google search, the front door has an open sign but he was not in the building when I picked up, he came from around the back from a house I believe and was no where to be found when I dropped off the trailer. This location does not have gravel or concrete instead very mushy mud. I immediately got stuck upon arrival, I called to notify the owner what has happened and his response was yeah it rained last night therefore it’s going to be very muddy, just leave it right where your stuck and I don’t plan to be there until 5 hours from now, mind you this is at 10 am. He then followed up with, you should have called me to tell me you were coming, I know for a fact when he asked me at pickup I said I will be here in the morning and he said okay great, see you tomorrow. After he hung up on me, I called him twice after hours apart and never answered nor responded to my text. After 3 hours of attempting to free myself, someone sent a friend of theirs to assist me because my roadside assistance was going to be a 3 hour wait. I highly recommend to everyone save yourself the headache. Also dogs on the property who bark a lot.

The phone was never answered on the day I dropped off to a different location. And on the upcoming Monday was on hold for 45 minutes to only have the rotary operator hang up.

No one was there to assist on disconnecting the trailer. Spoke to Hispanic person, he stated that it is the customer responsibility to park and disconnect the trailer. Being a Disabled Veteran, it was very difficult for me to perform that task. Terrible service at Sanchez auto shop.

The company was great but you all needs to follow what we directed next time. Reset pickup a few miles in Kyle which was not too far from where we're going to pick up our stuff. The truck we got did not have a ramp which we had requested on U-Haul this is planning by U-Haul itself not the actual rental company

No one there when I arrived, but said they were on the way... never showed. 45 minutes later, Area Field Manager dispatch a truck for me after cutting new key. . Truck was full of landscaping debris, and no fuel. Check engine light intermittent.

Prefer Honest Agent. I brought back my truck early and agent did not sign me out and did not forward my receipt via email as she stated to me and so I could not get credit for bringing the truck early. I added more fuel to the truck and I did not get credit for this either. How can Uhaul allow their agents to steal from their customers? Uhaul manager if you’re reading this call me and help me!!

too far out of any city plus it was closed by 4 pm on Saturday, it was good that it had a drop box, but prefer someone to be there

Put a larger sign and some lights or something to help find this location in the middle of no where almost and the marker on gps is off as well. Both of those thing made us miss the turn off to the location. There was also alot of candy wrappers and trash in the trailer we rented.

The trailer was out in the mud, I had to physically drag the trailer through the mud 20 feet to even get it where I could hook up to it!! No one was there that could help hook it up for me. I was also told told this pick up location was 14 miles from me and it was 30.

I dropped it off 36 hours early and no one helped me. One guy said it was ok for me to drop it off where I did. Then I got a $20 charge for dropping it off. I emailed them back and never heard. Not good business.

My initial drop off location was full because it was move-in day in a college town. However, the drop off location was in Lockhart, Texas and there was a cute baby goat there. How fun!!

I liked that we were able to pick up the truck when they were closed. They were helpful, but were were given a vehicle that had to be jump started. We had to jump start it every time. That was ridiculous.

Although convenient distance from Lockhart, this place has a few needed improvements, terrain was lumpy and muddy, other than that no problem. Thanks.

I dropped off the rental trailer at 6:30 AM, so no one was there--this was expected. The gate was open, and there was enough room in the parking lot to get the trailer parked easily. Good enough for me.
