DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE! This place charged us the estimate PLUS the actual costs overcharging us. The owner refused to take responsibility for anything and was very rude. He charged a $20 fee for returning after hours when we returned it within an hour and my husband put the key in the dropbox. Very shady and unprofessional. He has two businesses here; one called "Sanchez Real Property" and one called "GLR Kitchen & Bath Design". The one listed on UHaul's website is Sanchez Real Property but that business can't be found anywhere but on Uhaul's site (it's not on BBB or Google; very scammy). This business does not need to be on Uhaul's site and they need to lose their Uhaul privileges as they are ripping people off.
MICHAEL EGot to the drop off location and no one was there. Returned keys in drop off before scheduled drop off time of 10 am. Got an email around an hour later alleging I had dropped it off at 10:37 am. U-Haul is now trying to charge me an extra day fee which I will be disputing. Very shady.
Devin NThe person who assisted with checkin didn't seem to care to help check the truck or provide additional information needed. The incorrect trunk was provided so it led confusion when it was time to check out.
Angela WIt was ridiculous that I had to take so many photos when dropping off the auto transport car trailer. The requested photos had nothing to do with it being a car trailer. Your company needs to correct this issue. The requested photos are for a vehicle not a trailer!
Mark HIt took an hour and a half to pick up the truck. It also did not have the equipment that I ordered as well as my storage unit. Reservation was not met and I truly would like a refund for my reservation
Coby CI got charged for fuel and a cleaning fee when I bought back the truck in the same condition when I got it.

Rosa GI arrived to pick up the Trailer at 8am, which was the time I reserved. Nobody was there and the office door was locked. I waited 30 minutes and nobody showed up. I spoke to a guy on the phone who told me I could take the trailer, but nobody was there to help. When I dropped the trailer off 6 house later. nobody was there to check me out. I have rented UHauls many times, this was by far the worst place.
James BHe entered the drop-off point as Bushnell FL, but when I went to return the trailer, it said Ocala FL. Not sure why there was the wrong location, but I do notice that the U-Haul links often don't work and the IT stuff doesn't work well.

Russell BFirst off, they charged more than what was originally said. It was paid same day when we had asked for an extension. Few days pass and we bring it back and they try to say we owe way more. Keep in mind it was brought back hours before the due time. Second off, they steal our deposit and run us out without even trying to hear us. Bare in mind WE ALREADY PAID FOR THE EXTENSION. They tried saying it never charged the card, when we checked the money was already taken out the same day we got the extension. Well today they say we never paid but voila the money appeared on the card, yet the lady at the front desk signed a receipt of the payment day of. They’re shady in my opinion. Risk it yourself if you want to deal with rude people like that.
Jacob BThe truck wasn’t inspected before I picked it up. When I picked it up I started to leave the parking lot and I noticed the left rear tires were falling off. Since I was on a time crunch I got approval from the location and their manager to fix the truck myself. I work for a company that is a certified U-Haul vendor so they let me make the repair. I don’t think it’s right that I had to pay as much as I did for the truck and I had to repair it before I could even use it. I have rented other U-Haul trucks before and never ran into any of these issues. I was shocked that the truck was in poor shape. But since I didn’t have time to find another truck or to wait on someone else to come fix it I took it upon myself to make the repair.
Gregory SThere were issues from the start with getting the vehicle we rented. Customer Service over the phone was helpful, but it took too long when we were in a rush. the truck got a flat tire the next morning when it had been parked over night. it took way too long to be fixed and on top of that we were charged for two days when we were told due to the inconvenience we would be charged for one. I called customer service and they processed the refund for the second day, so gladly that was fixed. we only got $20 refunded for gas, we picked it up with an empty tank and it was returned with 3/4 of the tank full. we expected more of a refund since it was stated in the contract it was to be returned with the same amount of gas it was picked up with and we returned it with more. overall for when I need to move my stuff from storage to my new home I will most likely not use u-haul again as this is very disappointing.

Willie HOdometer reading was incorrect at pick up and I was overcharged for mileage when dropped off. CSR had left for the day when pretrip Inspection was done and could not get anything done except take the vehicle I had already been charged for.

Irene MWell, I was charged 20.00 for a late fee. Still don't know why?????? I dropped it off on Friday Sept 1st at 2:36pm and I had until Sunday Sept. 3rd to take it back. I'm disappointed that I was charged a late fee for bringing it back 2 days early. I have a pic of when I dropped it off with the date and time stamped on it.

Thomas SCommunication is desperately needed at this location. We had asked for a total of the estimated price to have a 9x5 trailer for 2 days, Sunday until Monday night. We were told it would be $30 after taxes and $8 for full coverage of the trailer, as the full cost of the rental. We had discussed us coming to this location on labor day and was told they would be closed but that it was no problem that we just needed to take pictures when we returned the trailer. When we asked for a print out of the receipt, he had trouble printing it out and we never received a hard copy. We had the trailer from Sunday until Monday night, and then Tuesday morning we were charge $110. We were extremely upset and were confused as what we had discussed was not what was charged, which was over triple the original price that was stated. When we called the location and expressed how we were upset about the misinformation about the cost, the owner was very rude and dismissive. We will never go back to this location and we had considered not using uhaul again because of this experience plus the first experience we had with the 1-800 number. When we called 1-800 uhaul, and told a representative named Brittney our issue. She was dismissive about what happened and our experience with this location. We then asked for a supervisor, Brittney hung up on us. We were extremely upset about this and called back. This time we talked with a very helpful representative named Danika. She helped get some of our money back and promised to have the location work on their communication so this does not happen to another customer. I hope this helps other customers that may visit this location because I would rather us another company then ever use this location again.
Brett OMy scheduled pickup was 8 AM; I chose mobile check-in and that is what I expected. However the Key for the vehicle was not in the lock box, I had to wait 45 minutes for the proprietor to arrive to hand me the key. Thanks for nothing, will not use the mobile check-in and will not use these small dealers.

Walter GYour app was difficult to navigate and was not working properly, causing me to start over numerous times. Additionally, I was charged $15 for gas even though the gas light was on when I got the U-Haul and it only had 45 miles to empty. I returned the U-Haul without the gas light on and still got charged. I have pictures to prove this.
