Train employees to put automobiles on toy trailers properly, employee made me pull car up on trailer, then had me jump out window instead of letting the fender of trailer down so door would open!!!! I am 50 yr old woman jumping out window!!!! He should have knew better!!!! Also, employee tied my car down wrong and torn undercarriage up as the car was being towed to to the friction and as it was brought off trailer ripped bumper off!!!! All due to how it was tied underneath and to far on trailer!!!! The truck its self was good!!!! But don’t recommend having them put ur car on trailer!!!!!
