Location was fine. Upon return I was surprised about $16 of additional tow coverage that I did not want or need to purchase. Location attendant was willing, but unable to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with that last minute charge, with no way to resolve.

I got charged for an appliance dolly that I didn’t get. They didn’t have it in stock but they charged me for it anyway. I have been trying to get my money back but I haven’t gotten it yet.
