First, when I arrived there was nobody at this location. I had to wait for them (I called uhaul as well). Then when I checked the truck out, I did not receive a paper receipt (printer was out of ink). Prior to returning the vehicle, I filled the tank to the level it was at with fuel. I returned the truck and the key to the shop. Then when I returned home, I looked at the emailed receipt and saw I was charged $15 for 4 gal of fuel. I immediately called and disputed the charge. Luckily I had taken pictures of the dash before and after! Hopefully, the charges for fuel will be refunded as promised.
SHEILA WThe gentleman is an actual mechanic, which gave me more confidence about the care of the trucks. He was very pleasant, friendly, professional and helpful. He made the process quick and simple. This was the only in-town location that still had some small trucks available at short notice. I will try to use this location first in the future. The truck itself was well maintained. I could not be happier.

Mallory BLocation was fine. Upon return I was surprised about $16 of additional tow coverage that I did not want or need to purchase. Location attendant was willing, but unable to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with that last minute charge, with no way to resolve.
Jeffery BI got charged for an appliance dolly that I didn’t get. They didn’t have it in stock but they charged me for it anyway. I have been trying to get my money back but I haven’t gotten it yet.
