The gentleman is an actual mechanic, which gave me more confidence about the care of the trucks. He was very pleasant, friendly, professional and helpful. He made the process quick and simple. This was the only in-town location that still had some small trucks available at short notice. I will try to use this location first in the future. The truck itself was well maintained. I could not be happier.

Mallory BLocation was fine. Upon return I was surprised about $16 of additional tow coverage that I did not want or need to purchase. Location attendant was willing, but unable to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with that last minute charge, with no way to resolve.
Jeffery BI got charged for an appliance dolly that I didn’t get. They didn’t have it in stock but they charged me for it anyway. I have been trying to get my money back but I haven’t gotten it yet.
