I did a U-haul pick up with the app and it didn't work well. The app required photos wouldn't load, and it overcharged me so I had to make several calls to get the pricing refunded and reduced. The equipment I ordered for the move was missing. The truck was clean and maintained and the owner was helpful, flexible and communicative. He called corporate for me to help me with the problems caused by the app.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe place was not open in a timely manner. Place looked like a junkyard. They hit my vehicle with their trailer.
BRIDGETT BLiz was extraordinary!! I rented a uhaul at a different location. The next day I received a call that the size U-Haul I wanted was not at that location and that I would have to pick it up at a different location. I said OK. The lady did not give me any instructions on how to pick up my vehicle at all. Usually I go in there’s a clerk I give them my ID I pay they hand me the keys. I’m good to go. I show up to pick up my vehicle. The location is closed. I had no idea how I was gonna get my U-Haul. It took an extra 30 minutes to get my U-Haul because I was not given instructions I called U-Haul Liz answered the phone. She was so kind so gracious so friendly and so so very helpful. I don’t think I would’ve been able to get my U-Haul that day if it was not for Liz so I just want to say thank you so much Liz and please give her a raise for helping to get us moved. And moving forward, please give instructions to clients on how to get their U-Haul if the location is not going to be open and no one is gonna be there. Thank you so much, Liz!
