Location was closed at return time...9:00am Didn't open until 10:00am..was called by uhaul to drop off at 9....should have been better informed.
ROBERT LIt was almost 10 o’clock and nobody was there. No hours posted had to call. U-Haul said that was open up at 10 OK I said to myself I’ll just drop the key but seems a little sketchy for being almost 10 o’clock in the morning. I’m sure the people run in this place or really awesome people but I wouldn’t know. Have a good day.

Michael MFirst, when I arrived there was nobody at this location. I had to wait for them (I called uhaul as well). Then when I checked the truck out, I did not receive a paper receipt (printer was out of ink). Prior to returning the vehicle, I filled the tank to the level it was at with fuel. I returned the truck and the key to the shop. Then when I returned home, I looked at the emailed receipt and saw I was charged $15 for 4 gal of fuel. I immediately called and disputed the charge. Luckily I had taken pictures of the dash before and after! Hopefully, the charges for fuel will be refunded as promised.
