Very friendly staff. The app wasn't working for picking up the van entirely through the App. The biggest issue was a snow-covered cargo van. So I had to take the snow scraper out of my personal vehicle to get the ice and snow off the van before it was safe to drive. I couldn't reach all the way on the top of the van, but I removed as much snow as I could. That location also did not have a utility dolly which I had requested in the App.
