The location was closed, lockbox was open & no key. We had to call a field manager to get an employee from home to open the shop and get the keys that were locked inside the closed shop

Ana PWhen I set up the rental online I ordered a hand truck and blankets to rent. When I picked up the truck I was told they do not have those items and they don't know why I was allowed to request them. This delayed my move. I had to go to Home Depot to purchase blankets. Instead of a $12 rental fee for them I had to spend $40 for the last 2 they had. I did not have sufficient blankets to properly protect items I was moving.
