I was issued a trailer with a bad tire. The tire on the passenger side was bald, slick like a dragster tire on certain spots. It seems no one is doing routine inspections of the trailers to ensure they are safe and serviceable. I was towing the trailer from San Antonio to Killeen, TX dropping it off in Copperas Cove, TX. I made it to Burnet and had to call roadside to come change the tire. This caused me an hour and a half delay.

My son returned our truck and could not access the Internet at this location. Spotty cell service. That made it difficult to use the mobile check-in. I worked with someone through the chat feature who was able to upload our photos of the truck returned so it worked out OK.

The AC wouldn’t work, and the latch to close the back was broken and caused the gate to come open easily. Notfied when. Returned but didn’t seem interested in it.

Check for oil on the motorcycle trailers upon return, I had to clean up my rental after your previous customer made a mess. It could be a safety issue (slippery tires).

I dropped off my trailer three days early. The gentleman did offer to back it in, which was helpful. However, he promised me he would send me a receipt and never did. U-Haul had to call me after my rental was actually late until I explained the situation and then I finally got my receipt.

Pre-ordered supplies were not set aside. Attendant was unfamiliar with the computer system or the moving supplies. One set of ordered boxes was missed. Supply order was not marked as completed into the computer system when refund for missing boxes was processed.

The 15 ft truck I had needs to be pulled off the lot and serviced. It sounded like it was throwing a rod! The sound was horrendous when we started driving after loading everything up. Couldn’t go over 45 miles an hour from San Antonio to Seguin.. this was single most stressful move of my life because of the truck. I didn’t know if at any point it’d just die and I’d be stranded! You’d need to slow down in order for the gears to shift/catch..

I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there is only 1 person working every time slowing down everyone on the weekends. Also, there were blankets from a previous rental and trash in the back of the truck.on a Saturday two people should be working.

I returned the trailer on Monday 11/10/2025 to a Uhaul location here in Odessa that was open so i wouldn’t be charged another day. I told the gal at the location I rented from that I’d be dropping the trailer off in Odessa since I’m here for 2 weeks for work and now I’ve been charged nearly 4x the initial amount

The property is not maintained. Units are literally failing apart and left untouched. Wall/panel debris is all over the property and repairs not done. Would not recommend this facility

I rented continually for many years and the storage facilities deteriorated every single year. At first we had electricity in each unit ….. FYI …. I vacated in the month of March 2023 and I was paid up through March 31, 2023. Your narrative that I vacated on 6/26/23 is incorrect plus I emailed y’all my intentions in mid March

We left our ski boat in this storage unit for less than 2 months while moving and while it was there an animal ripped up the seats. The manager did nothing to help with repairs. I do not recommend.
