I mentioned the concerns I had with the representative about the check engine light as well as the oil level and he seemed rather dismissive. Like it was not a big deal. Just from a customer traveling over the highways a long distance, I would have been more comfortable knowing these items were addressed. I know the drop off rep. couldn't do anything after the fact about the check engine light but he could have offered a credit for the oil I added to start the trip. I paid cash of $13.00 but did not get a receipt. Overall the rip was uneventful ... that's a good thing, but with the check engine light and if I had not checked the oil level, things could have gone badly.
