DONALD DIt was pouring- driver side windshield wipers did not work. They were so worn down they didn’t even touch the winsheild. Appliance dolly was not in truck - I had to go to another location to get one.

Marc GPicked up a car hauler and received terrible customer service. They barely knew how to hook up the trailer. Seemed like a mom and 2 young sons running the U-Haul business. All 3 could not stop looking at their phones. Poor eye contact and no communication skills.

ALBERT FMy comments are specific to my attempt to drop off at the Texas Avenue location in College Station, TX. I had to call the U-Haul scheduling department multiple times to get things squared away. Please review those call recordings. The short of it is that the employees at the Texas Avenue location were rude and refused to let me drop off the rental trailer despite the fact that I had arranged with U-Haul scheduling to drop off at Texas Avenue. There was plenty of room in the parking lot at the Texas Avenue location. They sent me packing to the Post Oak Mall location where the signage misinforms your customers to wait for a U-Haul attendant during business hours (I arrived about 3:40PM on Friday afternoon). When it was clear there was no U-Haul employee in sight, I attempted to self-drop off via the U-Haul app...and the U-Haul app would not allow me to drop off because it required me to scan the barcode at the TEXAS AVENUE location...the place that refused to take my return! Horrible experience; horrible service; I would appreciate a call from a senior manager, please

We were on an accelerated timeline for a military move and they made it possible and infinitely less stressful. The only thing more they could have done was come help load stuff in the truck, haha. Maybe next time?
