Only issue i had was that I wasn't aware the uhaul didn't have a ramp. Whi h made getting heavy items into it harder.

Was supposed to pick up truck at 8:30 am, no one arrived until 8:50. Once someone showed up, the gentleman was frie dly and helpful. Truck was perfect for my purpose. I would use this location again, but schedule a later pick up vs first thing in the morning.

Check the tires before renting the trailer ! Both of the tire were delaminating and caused extreme vibration. Had to stop at two Uhaul dealers and finally had road side assistant brought out and installed 2 NEW tires. It was a totally miserable trip and I will never rent another Uhaul!

The truck was extremely dirty on the inside of the cab and the box. They also didn’t have the utility cart or the utility dolly that I had reserved so I had to drive and extra 20 miles round trip to another location to pick it up so I went over on my mileage and had to pay extra for that too. It started to rain when I was traveling with it and the windshield wiper on the passenger side fell off. I will probably never rent from U-Haul again!!!

No one called me ahead of time to confirm the order, no pick up instructions were sent, we had to sit in the parking lot on the phone with U-Haul to find out we had to download the app to do the self pickup and the dolly we ordered was not in the truck.

Office contact was cordial, friendly. paperwork was don efficiently. Pickup went smoothly. The 10 foot truck was perfect for our needs, easy to load and unload, very drivable. Cudos to the entire process.

rude office i would never return to this place or maybe even to uhaul. A bunch of rude office employees laughing at me for asking if i can return to this location. Shame on uhaul and shame on those employees!

A bit tricky to find the location from the links via U-Haul app- doesn’t show up on GPS. Lastly - U-Haul has the worst computer systems of all companies I utilize. Too bad - makes the partners look bad. Thanks for your help Lauren!

Con- Unorganized , Cluster! Pads and dolly just thrown in the back or the truck, not folded, or bagged together. Prior renters smoked in vehicle as it smells like an ashtray, cigarette burn in driver’s seat. Vehicle not cleaned, swept wiped down or sanitized. Pro - Mileage recorded accurate, fuel recorded accurate.

Uhaul - signed up for electronic pick up. Your site did not connect....at all for the pick up. If store was closed for lunch it would have cost me time.

The trucks were not even in a parking lot as the app stated. They were on the side of the road. The truck was dirty and had a water bottle in it which made me think it was not checked since the last rental.

I confirmed my reservation in person the daybefore I was to pick up the truck I reserved 2 weeks ahead of time. Arrived at 9:45 am to pick up the truck and no truck, no employees and door locked. Waited an hour for someone to arrive along with another customer who had no truck either. I was told this happens all the time and no big deal. It was a big deal to the 4 people I had at my home waiting to help me move. I will never use U-haul again.

You need to improve the U-Haul checking service. There are a lot more steps to returning a vehicle. I will never go to one of the neighborhood U-Haul locations again, the online check-in process for me it was a nightmare.
