I had ordered 24 furniture pads with my truck and they whrre not provided. I had to drive to other uhaul locations with the truck. At a minimum a notification that you don't have them would have help coordinate my pickup better.

Got me stranded out of town with very little communication with U-Haul during the process.
Luca SCheck in procedure is very inconvenient because I was sitting in my car ready to p;ick up my truck, and found myself going through a lengthy keyboard/camera data entry procedure to get my keys.. Whoever designed the app never rented a truck I expect and it's probably enough of a hassle that I will use a different company next time.
