Michael BWhen we contacted U-haul we told them that we needed to transport a 3000 lb tractor with a 49" wheel base. We were told that a car hauler was what we needed. We rented it and a 15 ft truck to tow it with and when we arrived at the location, the tractor would absolutely NOT fit on a car hauler! The hauler was much too wide. We had to locate a lumber yard and create another ramp and track for half of the tractor. While the people that we dealt with were very professional and pleasant, they do not understand their equipment and the needs of the customers.
GARY TBuilding is abandoned where Uhaul trailers and trucks are parked. Very confusing. You go across street to check in. Needs a sign to tell you to go across street to check in.

Michael FLet people know it's a pick up only location by phone. So they can allow extra time. Fix the app so it gets the GPS location correct.
Bob EThis truck needed more Freon in the air conditioner! No blankets were included or tie straps. It got the job done.
Larry GInside full of cigarette ashes and the windshield was covered with bird droppings. The cargo area was clean and the truck ran well. Just disappointed with interior and windshield cleanliness.

HERMON HThe truck ran rough, service engine light was on and it died on me once. It did make a 69 mile round trip and the truck was clean. Easy to pick up when office wasn’t open, great option and would use again.

Regina BThe drop off address was across the street from where all the uhaul trucks were at so it was confusing. Because it said park the truck in the parking lot of the address but the lot was full with vehicles and all the other uhaul equipment was in an empty lot across the street that was small and really no room to park a big truck at. And then you had to walk across the street to put the key in the drop box. Also I was charged extra for a couple extra miles but it’s winter time and the roads were terrible so I had to take an alternate route and the quickest route from where I unloaded at to my drop off spot had a bridge out so I had to take back roads which was an extra 7 or 8 miles to get to the drop off spot. I just thought it wasn’t really fair I had to pay extra for extra milage when roads are closed so I had to take detours.

Melissa Fi do NOT have a smart phone so i got charged $20.00 convenience fee because no one was there and my flip phone can not scan. my flip phone will not get hacked
Cynthia HThe drop off location told me that they would not charge me the after hours fee because I was dropping the U-Haul off on a day they would be closed. And they still charged me 20 dollars for an after hour fee. When they didn't check the truck in until Tuesday and that is when I got charged. I dropped it off Friday night and dropped the keys in the box so I dropped it off early and I still got charged a fee. This makes no sense to me. I will jog using that drop place again
Lindsay HOrdered a furniture dolly, never got it. Called 3 times. Nobody answered. Voicemail was full so couldnt even leave a message. Dropped the truck off and they had closed early. 0/10
Lucas DWhen you ask for a dolly and pay for it you get it. And when you ask for a refund cuz you didn't get it you hear nothing out of them.

terry CAfter being jerked around at two other locations, Sanders was a great experience. The owner met us there and helped us into our truck even though they were closed. I had just came from two other lots where the trucks I booked weren’t on the lot. Good experience
