When we contacted U-haul we told them that we needed to transport a 3000 lb tractor with a 49" wheel base. We were told that a car hauler was what we needed. We rented it and a 15 ft truck to tow it with and when we arrived at the location, the tractor would absolutely NOT fit on a car hauler! The hauler was much too wide. We had to locate a lumber yard and create another ramp and track for half of the tractor. While the people that we dealt with were very professional and pleasant, they do not understand their equipment and the needs of the customers.
GARY TBuilding is abandoned where Uhaul trailers and trucks are parked. Very confusing. You go across street to check in. Needs a sign to tell you to go across street to check in.
MICHAEL ZMoble rental process was simple. Truck was very clean and in great condition.
