I booked online and when I arrived the trailer was waiting for me. I was in the office for about 5 minutes with no complications. They hooked up the trailer and I was on my way quickly. Drop off after hours was also very easy.

BEVERLY PEven though I made my reservation at least 10 days in advance, they told me they didn’t have the appliance dolly available. I was left in a very difficult situation, and because it was the last minute, I had no choice but to rent one from Home Depot for about 2.5 times the price. If the equipment is not available, customers should be notified well in advance instead of finding out at pickup. This was a very disappointing experience, and I do not recommend this company at all.

Stanley HI have used this facility many many times and I’m sorry to learn it is no closed. The person who I believe was both the GM as well as the owner has moved on and I understandd his bother sold off the property and the franchise or inventory or whatever. Life will go on and I’ll find a new location but I always found good clean available equipment and good customer service everytime and right up until the last rental on Saturday . Godspeed !
