My dog started the trip on the floorboard on the passenger side. At the first refueling stop three hours later he was overheated. At the emergency vet, the tried to save him, but he died anyway. I thought it was because of the hot day, but I had the air conditioning on all the way, and the stop was for only 10 minutes. It wasn't until several hours later when I took my shoes off for a while, and I discovered that the floorboards of the truck were flaming hot. I believe the heat from the truck killed my dog. Please warn other pet owners not to put their pets on the floorboards of the truck for long rides.DAVID B.

The U Haul rep was not friendly rather somewhat rude and threatening. She kept warning me of the consequences for any violations. The equipment I had to find on my own and found it shoved back in a corner . I had second thoughts about not going thru with the rental. 2 days later I returned the unit long before the time allowed and she charged me double. Very rude, non professional and most likely a scammer. She pockets the difference is what I strongly suspect of the regular and double charge. I have used U haul for many many years and still will but never at that location. That place is a financial trap run by a person with a terrible attitude.Jim J.
Should not have been at this location to start with! UHaul made us go 45 miles out of the way to get a truck. What is the point of a reservation a week ahead of time if they won't have the equipment in the place where you reserve it?! Ruined our whole schedule to find out less than 24 hours from the trip that we had to go that far and take an extra couple hours instead of getting the truck that was listed as available right on our way on the website when we reserved one! "Reservation" meant nothing! As for the location itself: Truck wasn't clean in the cab. Grass, pet food bits on the floor. Had to find the office, across the street from the equipment. Asked twice for them to take my son's driver's license so he could be added as an additional driver. She said she checked with someone and there was no need to formally add him. I said, so my other son who isn't here with me could also drive it? She said yes. That can't be right! Pretty sure they should've done some kind of paperwork for that. She mentioned they had just started doing UHaul there. Seems like they need a little more training.Betty M.
