I rented a truck. I had no idea how long it would take me to move my four bedroom home. I was threatened and told that the police would be called. Why would you book a truck when someone else had it. Kon top of everything else you people took an extra 100.00 off my card. I am senior on fixed income. You people are shameful and arrogant.. nothing good will come of this. Shame on you.

william iThe pick up location was easy to find and the owner was incredibly nice. There was a moment of confusion because the owner was not in his shop but outside waiting. Once he clarified who he was it was a great process!
