Darnel CThe store was closed during posted business hours when I first arrived to pick up the U-Haul trailer that was a free tow I was requested to return in Fredericksburg Virginia. I called customer service and they informed me the owner would arrive in 1.5 hours. I returned to were I was staying . When I returned to pick up the trailer the owner never got out of his car as I stood outside in the heat answering questions. I was requested to hook up the trailer by myself. After this I was charged $32.41 on the card used to rent the truck for my supposedly free trailer I was delivering. Ridiculous.
Len LTruck was out of gas- 14 miles to empty. Hole in roof, bald front tire. Inside was dirty, spilled drink all over I had to clean it before I left with my move. Could do better with the upkeep
