Truck was out of gas- 14 miles to empty. Hole in roof, bald front tire. Inside was dirty, spilled drink all over I had to clean it before I left with my move. Could do better with the upkeep

I booked U-Haul and when on way to pick up I got a text to pick up at another location 30 miles away. And then the dealer wasn’t even there cause he had no clue about the reservation and pick up took a lot of my time. Then I was told to drop off at one location three days later I get a text saying I didn’t return the equipment which I returned it to the address that was texting me. Very poor employee communication. And very inconvenient.

WAYNE LThe guy ' Rock" was very unprofessional , after co.ing on to me a couple times whereas I turned him down then he got nasty and started threatening me about returning the truck back to ( him ) says that he owned the truck and won come hunt me down with an ak47!! I was so shaken up i was scared to bring the truck back to that location. My movers actually ended up dropping g it off on two Notch road location ( should have been a su.ter location) but after that experience never again will I ren
