Put a tongue jack on the trailer. I understand omitting it to dissuade the customer from disconnecting it, but not having it presents a health risk to those not strong enough to pick it up.

Lisa DA passcode was needed to get through the gate for the dropoff but none was provided. Fortunately someone pulled in behind us and opened it up because nobody was there. The automated drop off worked very well once we got into the location.

Jessica SGate code would not work even though we were given the code and told we could return on a Sunday. Staff person when we arrived was very very helpful. Unfortunately, end result was terrible waiting over an hour and finally someone came to check their storage unit and let us in behind them. Not a happy U-haul customer!
Lynette CTruck door seal leaked an unacceptable amount. Everything on the floor from the wheel base back got wet including a mattress, tv and multiple cardboard boxes.

Randie Fwhen i went to return truck i coukd not get into gate & no code was sent to me. this was less than 12 hours after picking up truck after a lot of waiting & messing around i was told i had to go back home & plan to return in the morning to drop off truck (& my car is there too) i called uhaul & was told by someone sango location doesn't do after hours returns --how is that even a thing? uhaul.com doesn't make it clear thsn some do not ??? it makes no sense & no one ever told me --if it was on the paper i signed i wouldn't know--it's something that is important enough to mention UP FRONT. about an hour after i got home someone sent the sango code so ridiculous uhaul seems to have a lot of holes in their system after renting twice in about 2 weeks i won't use uhaul again. it also cost me $40 to replace the gas..& i should not be charged for gas/mileage for having to come home & wait til morning to return the truck.

Michael SThey had no computer and were not ready for me when I arrived. Had to register over the phone. Also there was no stand for the trailer tongue and lifting the 6x12 trailer to hook it to my tow vehicle as a woman was a struggle.

Jerry JTold me I could leave my uhaul receipt on the dash. Charged me a $25 cleaning fee. Asked if she took it out and she said no. I said well can I come back and get it so I can have my $25 back and she said no because there was trash in the back. I said no there wasn’t. Send me a picture. Then she changed her story and said. Well there was a little dirt. I won’t be renting there again. Also would appreciate it if she would follow state mandates and wear a mask.
