when i went to return truck i coukd not get into gate & no code was sent to me. this was less than 12 hours after picking up truck after a lot of waiting & messing around i was told i had to go back home & plan to return in the morning to drop off truck (& my car is there too) i called uhaul & was told by someone sango location doesn't do after hours returns --how is that even a thing? uhaul.com doesn't make it clear thsn some do not ??? it makes no sense & no one ever told me --if it was on the paper i signed i wouldn't know--it's something that is important enough to mention UP FRONT. about an hour after i got home someone sent the sango code so ridiculous uhaul seems to have a lot of holes in their system after renting twice in about 2 weeks i won't use uhaul again. it also cost me $40 to replace the gas..& i should not be charged for gas/mileage for having to come home & wait til morning to return the truck.
