Bruce ROverall poor experience. Will never do self-check in again. Pickup was set for 10:00AM on holiday as only day we had off so had to pick it for moving day. Got there about 10:15 and the service in this area is so bad the app would not work. Gave up and left to return with my wife to see if her phone would work better. Only to come back closer to 11:30 to have same issue. Took call to their call center who stated since I was not there at 10:00 I missed my pickup window. She reset my pickup time and still took longer than anyone should take to complete self-pickup. Then the truck we got the keys for was for a truck that was not there during my first visit. So, the truck I rented seemed to not even have been there if the app worked during my first visit. I had same amount of fun when I returned the truck with slow connection and took much longer than it should have. Since they changed the pick-up location on me, I’m not sure if I would have had better experience at the location I selected when making the reservation. For me, it felt like a lot of wasted time trying to pick the truck up and waste of gas having to go there twice and further away from the location I selected. Thanks for reading my less than fun experience.

RICHARD TThe owners of the shop were so helpful and friendly! It was my first time renting a U-Haul and they made it so much easier (and it’s such a cute location)! We were unsure if we got the right size truck and they let us look inside and even brought out a tape measure to help us decide. We were able to fit a large sectional, tv stand, bookshelf, bench, coffee table, two kayaks and a ton of other items inside the 10ft truck. I returned after they closed with the U-Haul and the drop off was really smooth using the U-Haul app and key drop box. I was moving, but I’ll definitely be going back to shop and love that they have the U-Hauls there in case you need to get something oversized home! 10/10 experience.

JARED LWhen I went to pick up my uhaul, that I had reserved 4 days prior, The women who checked me in had somehow deleted my original contract and then tried to re-do it, which changed my rate, drop off location and somehow flagged me in there system!! I've never had a problem using uhaul before and I understand they are new to the uhaul system so if you do use this location I would strongly advise that you screenshot and save your reservation. I would have been screwed if I hadn't taken the time to screenshot my online reservation. She had to call her superviser who then questioned the validity of my claim and fortunately because I had the screenshots to prove my original reservation he was able to fix it. I'm sure once they get the hang of the computers stem it will be ok but in the meantime I strongly recommend either printing or screenshot your reservation.
NATASHA AGreat Experience.
JAMES AI rented two trucks, the first one had coffee spilled all over the front dash and the drivers seat. Had not even been looked at or cleaned. The second truck had a windshield I could barely see through and mirrors that were dirty as hell.
