The staff were friendly and helpful.
Stephanie HI would like them to be open earlier, the cell service is not great there and I would have liked to check in, in person. The app check in process seemed too long. Your customer service person was excellent and walked me thru the process very well and patiently.
Thomas MLocation opened at 10. We wanted to pick up at 8 am. It was easy to do the pick up via the uhaul application. All went smoothly
Joan BAfter picking up the truck and having it loaded about halfway, I received a phone call saying that I had been given the wrong truck, that I had been given the local truck and not a one-way truck. Thankfully, after further reflection, Saratoga Consignment allowed me to keep the truck I had been given.
