The UHaul app for mobile pick up is absolutely horrible. It sent me back to the beginning several times in the process, both when I picked up the truck and when I dropped it off. After finally getting through all the steps in the drop off I put the keys in the drop box and left. Several hours later I received an email from UHaul telling me I still needed to drop off the truck. I opened a ticket and told them I already did and they said they would note it. Two days later I received a call from UHaul asking if I ever returned. I told them the app had a lot of problems and I already dropped the truck off and had to open a ticket because it showed it hadn't been dropped off. This was a very frustrating experience, I will not be using the UHaul app in the future. The location itself is very shady, it's a very tight fit and is very rundown. I would not rent from this location again.

Clean the truck on the outside, and make sure the U-haul representative is actually at the location instead of needing to contact him over the business owners phone
