The truck was fine, but I hated the app. I couldn't take photos of the truck because it was parked next to trees and other equipment, so I couldn't get full side-view images. When I returned it, I couldn't upload the photos of the odometer, so I just skipped. It also wouldn't let me enter the odometer reading manually - it just took me back to the initial return page to start over. Not a fan of all the hoops you need to jump through for touchless pickup - especially in a town (Orfordville, WI) where cell reception seemed a bit weak. I spent over 15 minutes trying to do all the steps when I picked it up, and I just gave up on completing when I returned it.

WILLIAM DTheir scheduled hours were not correct. No one answered the phone or was there at drop off. I also requested online that Monroe Wisconsin as drop off and was told at pick up it was not on the list.

John PI dropped off the trailer in the off-business hours. I've yet to perfect backing up a trailer, so I was happy to see there was a drive that circled around to the side of the building so I could back the trailer straight into the spot without having to maneuver much. Online check in was easy.

The gentleman was informative and helpful that handed me the keys, the location is good for being in a small town surrounded by small towns. Next time though, have wipers that work. The truck needed new blades and was hard to see in the snowy mist

William DCompletely unsafe/unprofessional. Both locations for truck and tow dolly. Truck alignment was ridiculously out and had brake issues, tow dolly had ONLY running lights, NO brake and NO turn signal lights worked. NEVER WILL USE UHAUL AGAIN!

Very good value and the ramp on the truck made unloading easy. I would recommend U Haul to anyone who needs a larger than a personal car or truck to move or bring home furniture or appliances.

Matthew WThis truck was awful and I can’t believe Uhaul would continue renting trucks with over 150,000 miles on odometer for cross country moves. We spent the entire 20 hour drive praying we wouldn’t end up on the side of the road. We could barely accelerate past 45 mph, the truck shook and was so loud we couldn’t even talk or listen to the radio. The drive took 6 hours longer because the oil light was on and the truck sounded like the exhaust was falling apart. Our movers charged extra because our arrival time was after business hours due to this awful truck.
