No improvements needed. Pick up was extremely easy and the gentleman who does it all himself was very kind and I was ready to roll with no issues.

Martin BOlder truck. Smelled of smoke inside. U-Haul tried to fix smell with air freshener but hard to do. Inside the back of truck had some nesting mess. Needs better signage on what to do if no one is present.
