The truck hat was pictured in the app was not the truck they left keys for. The truck we had keys had a trailer connected to it. We did not have the equipment we ordered. I was told- very rudely- that Uhaul canceled the moving dollies and moving blankets I had ordered. I called the location the day before to confirm everything and WAS NOT TOLD that the extra items would not be available. If I had been told, I could have brought blankets to wrap the furniture. I had to buy new blankets when I could have brought old blankets from home.

Terra AI arrived at my scheduled pickup time, but no one was on-site, which delayed my rental. I received paperwork at a different location and wasn't able to verify the fuel level beforehand. When I got to the truck, the tank was nearly empty, not half full as stated. During return, I couldn't upload photos via the app. I called the location and was told it would be handled the next morning. I still took my own photos due to the issues I experienced. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and coordination and hope this can be addressed.

Ashokbhai SThe woman running the location, though nice enough, did not know what she was doing at all, causing us to hurt ourselves attaching a trailer. We also recieved the wrong item (a trailer instead of a dolly) which was too big to pull our car, causing us to be very late moving after which we had to pay an extra like $80 for returning the truck late. It was impossible to exchange the trailer for some reason, and the woman running the location was extremely impatient with us and made it clear we were being inconvenient to her scheduling on a Friday morning. The truck itself was fine, but I wouldn't recommend UHaul and especially not this location to someone else.
