I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, but no one was on-site, which delayed my rental. I received paperwork at a different location and wasn't able to verify the fuel level beforehand. When I got to the truck, the tank was nearly empty, not half full as stated. During return, I couldn't upload photos via the app. I called the location and was told it would be handled the next morning. I still took my own photos due to the issues I experienced. I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and coordination and hope this can be addressed.
