Was not able to pick up truck at reserved locations. Said he would give us extra miles to cover any over miles but he didn't. After returning truck we were charged an extra $60 on credit card for extra milage used . Went straight to our destination and NOWHERE ELSE. Will never use U-Haul again.Sandra H.

The people acted like thet had no clue what was going on. Then there was a car dolly hooked to the truck that I did not order and took 15 min to have someone take it off. When I opened the back and asked about the furniture dolly I reserved the gentleman told me in his words "well we just rent them the way we get them don't know what to tell you". Then my experience with the area manager Stephen on the phone was the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. When I complained about the entire experience and told him I needed the dolly to move a safe thats why I reserved it 2 weeks prior. He said I could go to a location that was 40 minutes from me to get one. I told him I did not have time to do that and I was already running 40 minutes behind because of all this. He then said ok I'll refund you the $7 dollars for the dolly. At the time I was looking at the receipt and I paid $12 not $7. After he basically called me a liar and said he was looking at my order and it was $7 I told him I would send him a pic of the receipt I was holding from the website he gave me his cell phone number. After arguing with him about it for 5 minutes he finally said and I quote. " I refunded you your God damn money" word for word. I told him at that time I have done alot of business with uhaul but I would never use your company again after all this. This guy Stephen should never talk to a customer again. He refunded me $100 dollars after all of that but it wasn't about the money it was about the customer service by this place in Auburn and Stephen.Robert L.
Didn't have enough blankets for my order and didn't have one of the dolleys for my order. Their iPad for UHaul was down while I was there. This resulted in me getting charged for the additional equipment that I didn't reeceieve.Alan S.
