Kenneth MThe location shares a site with a car lot. The car lot employee had to help me because the U-haul staff was not there, although I had a reservation. There was no wires to connect the trailer to my truck but he did give me some. The trailer was small/short and greasy.

Natasha PThis location Did not report me returning the truck. You charged me for two extra days after I turned the truck in early. I handed the key directly to the individual in the office. Completely dissatisfied. Seems this is Uhaul wide as when I called customer service they told me I had three trucks and one auto transport in my possession when in fact I turned in all equipment early. I am totally disappointed in Uhaul.
Donald TDealer should be more adamant about equipment cleaning and maintenance. Dealer also failed to inform me to complete my equipment verification check off which should not have been forgotten.
Briar SOur brief move of items was made easier because of the staff at U-haul. The truck was ready when we were. The equipment was well maintained and easy to get!!

david cGas was on E. Rep there told me to just take a picture of the gas gauge. The front and back truck was nasty and dirty. Has a transmission leak.
JOHN HThe guy was real rude the place was real nasty and he didn't give me what I asked for I ask for a 15 footer and I got a 26 footer he didn't even try to call the people that was suppose to drop it off at 3:30 it was after 5;00 before I got a u haul bad customer service

PATSY ZI was extremely dissatisfied with the business and the way it was conducted in the rental. The owner of the establishment where I wanted to pick up and handle my business at was extremely vulgar, rude and profound as well as non ethical in the way he handled/conducted business. I would in no way or form suggest anyone going to or trying to handle business with save a step in Fitzgerald Ga. I would also highly recommend that u-haul pull all of its product and business from this establishment in the regards or saving your name.
derek hYou could actually inspect the vehicles and make sure they are ready for the next person. You could have road service take less than 3 hours to repair a tire. You could add those lost hours to the rental. You could tell consumers that the place they are returning the truck to has almost no cell service and that they'll have to walk around in the dirt holding their phone up trying to return the truck.

MYRTIS CFirst, I made a reservation at one location in 31750. They had a truck on the lot a few days before my reservation date, but Uhaul told them to send the truck to another Uhaul dealer in town and changed my reservation to pick up there. The first Uhaul dealer called Uhaul to ask what was going on and didn't get a satisfactory. Second, I then had to go to the second dealer to pick up the truck. And they had two trucks on the lot so why move one from another dealer. I called the night before to confirm. I talked to the dealer and asked what time he opened. He said he got there at 8:30 am. I told him I would be there at 8:30 and he said fine. After leaving at 5:00 am from South Carolina in order to get there at 8:30, he did not show up until 9:15 am. We were very frustrated and will refuse to use that dealer again.

Margaret BThe lot getting to the door of the office was covered in water and muck. The truck itself was loaded with roaches and was not clean. My paperwork states that it's a 2 day rental however I had to have the truck back in 24 hours, this I don't understand. I picked it up at noon on Sunday and it had to be at the drop off location by noon on Monday, that's only 24 hours not 48. I'm not very pleased with the overall experience.
