This location Did not report me returning the truck. You charged me for two extra days after I turned the truck in early. I handed the key directly to the individual in the office. Completely dissatisfied. Seems this is Uhaul wide as when I called customer service they told me I had three trucks and one auto transport in my possession when in fact I turned in all equipment early. I am totally disappointed in Uhaul.
Donald T.Dealer should be more adamant about equipment cleaning and maintenance. Dealer also failed to inform me to complete my equipment verification check off which should not have been forgotten.
