I found it odd that the UHAUL franchisee would not work face to face with me. instead, upon seeing me approach, said I should wait for him to enter his store, then for me to stay outside and call him to transact my UHAUL pickup and dropoff. odd behavior.Willaim S.

This comment isn't directed at either location. This is for UHaul in general. I am not overall pleased with my service that Uhaul provided, I picked up the truck at 8:22am on January 18th and returned the truck at the drop-off location at 9:29am on January 19th. I was charged for another whole day for returning the truck an hr later than the pickup time. I find this ridiculous and honestly I will likely not rent another from Uhaul again in the future. After realizing that I was being charged for a whole extra day, I wasn't even able to get the truck back to use for the day that I was charged for after dropping the truck and key off. So you charge me for a whole day for being an hr later than pickup but then won't let me use the truck that I was charged for? That's stealing! You charged me for a service and didn't deliver! I will never use Uhaul again!Chris R.

It was a huge pain to figure out the pin for the lock. The app never displayed any option for me to obtain the pin, I had to call and spend 10 minutes troubleshooting only for the person I was talking to to get it working for me; app never worked.Austin J.
The owner was wonderful, but your technology is not working properly for remote pickup. It continually told me I didn't have an account and spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Uhaul support. Thank goodness the owner was lovely and helped on his end when he didn't have to. The Uhaul main customer service team was extremely rude.Constantine C.
