Dave CWe had to drive 30kms from hime to this location to pick up the vehicle. The pick up time was originally set for 8 am but then received a notification that morning that it had been changed to 8:30. The pick up location and time were not convenient for us.

Renee HUhaul - even though knowing the exact distance we were travelling after pick up and drop off (and we live within 1km of both locations) UNDERESTIMATED our kilometers and tried to charge us more. Then applied a mandatory cleaning fee that the nice guy at the counter spent nearly an hour trying to remove. It kept auto applying. He worked very hard to save us that fee as we returned the vehicle in better condition than we got it.

Adrian BLeave more than a 1/4 tank of gas in the truck. Don't change the pickup location the day before then charge people the extra mileage for a location 45 minutes away. When people make a reservation for pickup, don't treat it like an appointment time - it should be open-ended after a specified time of availability.

BILL bGreat drop off. Lent me a broom and "supplies" so I could clean truck up when dropping off. Also recommended a great place to stay and restaurants in the area.

Ed SVehicle was fairly new but exterior was very dirty and the ride was so hard every crack in the road was felt in in your seat. Was like driving a farm tractor with tires over pressurized. I have driven many trucks over the years and this one was the worse for riding.
steve mI received the truck with the gas a tad believe 1/4 tank. I drove 6 km and put gas back in and took a picture before returning it. I put the gas to just a tad below the 1/4 like I received it. I paid a deposit with debit of $103.90 which was advised I would be receiving funds back. I was charged money for gas, a service gas fee and a tire and oil? Charge. Making the bill equal exactly to $103.90. Which does not provide me with any money back. I also received the truck with a dirty tim Hortons cup by the head rests that I left there. This is shady and unacceptable. These charges should be taken off and my money returned.

Art VNot a compliant... But a compliment to the three representatives that assisted with our (relocation) move. The gentleman at Reflections Auto Spa in Georgetown, was polite and informative. He even called to confirm our rental reservation, no "C to confirm" text from him. Appreciated, thank you! At Pioneer and Schepen's satellite U-Haul locations in Wallaceburg, the representatives were very apologetic due to the wait-time, I sure they could see I was exhausted. All due to an online booking issues and choosing to pay cash and not with a credit card, in addition, I had to drive the truck to a different site to return it. The U-Haul system to refund deposits to costumers needs to be corrected. Just a techy thing but it becomes frustrating for your reps especially not knowing if the customer would be patience and understanding. Thankful we all were and I was offered an extra 50 dollar for my inconvenience and my patience! U-Haul does aim to please and take care of their customers, the representatives need the same from the company, not everyone would be understanding of the frontline workers. (two thumbs up!!)

JOSEPHWAYNE WThe closest truck that was made available to me was an hour and 30 minutes from my selected pick up location. That is completely unacceptable. Because I was moving, I had no choice but to drive that far. The city of London was much closer for me to pick up a truck, but I was told that nothing was available. All this despite me booking over 6 weeks in advance. I have and will be informing my friends that UHaul’s services are very poor.

ROBERTBRADLEY JThe truck was disgustingly dirty. It looked like someone had thrown up while driving. The windshield was so dirty it was hard to see through. It smelled really bad. I had to stop and buy lysol wipes to wipe down the steering wheel and other touch points and a car freshener to cover the foul odour just to be able to drive it.
