EXCELLENT customer service. We were greeted by their friendly cat, making our day a bit brighter. The team was friendly, accommodating and full of smiles and laughter. I’m certain the friendly cat has a lot to do with their kind dispositions. My stress level dropped as soon as we walked through their doors! Impeccable service by an amazing team and lovable cat!

MITCHELL GTrailer very dirty on the outside. Coupler loose on my hitch ball causing bouncing and rattling when taking to and from Swartz Baitshop to loading location and returning it to same location. Told t he rental location they need to adjust and they said it was a new style coupler.. if the adjustment nut is loose the next customer may loose the trailer.
DANIEL PService was prompt and courteous, and they were willing to let me use the truck for a few more hours with no issues.

KEITH SI wish they would have told me the truck I rented didn’t have a ramp. I rented an appliance cart and didn’t use it since they was no ramp we couldn’t get the appliances in the truck

RONALD CHave a good tires on the trailers and the store stay open until their time they’re supposed to. They said they were supposed to close at four and we were there at 2:30 and they were closed.

CHARLENE WAbsolutely the BEST location to rent a uhaul. It's a completly different atmosphere than normal rental places. The customer service is excellent. After two days of moving, my husband returned home and commented on the process of not only the ease of the return, but the appreciation of our business and the friendliness of the employees helping each time.
