Schwartz bait and tackle team is always good and easy to work with. I always rent 5 x 9 or 6 x 12 trailer with the ramp check in and hook up always fast.

Patrick DThe young man who rented this trailer to me gave me the wrong trailer. Same size but different number. As he was hooking it up, I told him the rental agreement doesn't match the trailer. He said he would change it. I got online to take care of the pictures and rental portion, and it told me the wrong trailer. I went back in, and he told me it doesn't matter; I don't need to complete that portion. I am thinking that if I get pulled over and they see the wrong number, I would be in trouble. He got up from his chair with an attitude and said You really don't need that, but I will change it. Very poor customer service. This place has gone downhill with their service.
