The gentleman was a half hour late for opening and was quite belligerant although he later apologized. My order was for a truck to Litchfirld,ill but he showed to another spot in Warrenton thus costing me mileage.I ordered 20 furn. covers but they were not ordered thus I had to give a second c.c. for that to be added> I would never tell someone to go to that location.

MARK WThe trailer we received was obvious well used. Opening the door required a hammer, a punch and a friend to open (the latch had a groove worn in it and you could not open it by hand. Once open, it did not appear as though the last user swept it out.

GARY WVery helpful staff had what I needed when other locations did not.
DAVID BThe location was fine. However, there were a lot of glitches with the U Haul app. I used the option to pick up the truck outside of business hours and the app was just very problematic. I called the customer service line and had a 12 min wait before talking with a live rep and she was only nominally helpful. Unless I have no other choice, I would not use your app again.
Jeff SI really had no issues. From reservation, to drop off it was pretty seamless.
Bonnie GDealer rep took a phone call that lasted 20 minutes' pretty much making us late for an appointment. She had little idea as to what she was doing. Definitely needs more training in the system and customer relations.

SUSAN TIt's pretty sad when the trailer gets checked in 24 hours after I dropped it back off, even after I informed the lady working at this location. I had to call back the next day to remind them they hadn't checked the trailer back, which resulted in me paying for another 24 hours while this trailer sat on the lot.

Patricka CNeeds an attendant or better way to drop off since app was not working and not everyone has a fancy phone.
Patricka CWe dropped off at a new location. The automated app was not working and we had to call the customer service line to help us. If I had not had another person with me with another phone we could not have done it at all. She directed us to the website and while it did end up working for us after much frustration and an hour of time when already exhausted, it was very frustrating. Additionally, another older gentlemen showed up to drop off as well and his phone was not internet capable and had even worse problems than us and he was beside himself. We tried to help to no avail. There should be a "pen & Paper" option for those who do not have "electronic" capability or fancy phones when there is not an attendant.
