We had a lot of trouble with the app, picking up the vehicle before business hours. We ended up having to wait until the business opened. Because we could not get the app to work to give us the code to open the box for the key. That put us an hour behind schedule. The truck we had reserved ended up having a check engine light come on, so we’re grateful they did not send us out with that one and we’re grateful for the upgrade at no additional charge however after being put behind an hour and getting in the truck, there was only a quarter tank of gas. Seem like the start was not going smoothly, but in the end, everything went well. The truck was clean. We used it for 3 1/2 hours and we were grateful to drop it off at our destination with no other issues.

Sarah TScott and Mike went extraordinarily above and beyond for us after we got stranded an hour into our trip bc our old car couldn’t tolerate pulling the trailer we’d rented. Adam at Wright City U-Haul in MO was also amazing. He could have rented us a giant truck, but sent us to Scott’s bc he had what we needed. Scott got us in an appropriately sized truck and a trailer to tow our car so we didn’t need to caravan. He and Mike made sure we got everything loaded safely and had us back on the road in just less than 3 hours. So grateful to them and would recommend you go out of your way to do business with them. They’ll go out of their way for you. In the end, we made it safely to our destination. Thanks all!!
Jennifer kCheck in my return on the day I return it, instead of the next day, so that I don't have to call to get a refund. And get a better computer system. It took 30 minutes to process my rental when picking up.
