I couldn't verified the inside of the truck because it was parked so close to the fences and couldn't pull it forward also because it would have blocked the street traffic therefore i couldn't inspect the inside cargo floor. The area is too small for 26" truck to park because after i took mine to inspect it, the inside cargo floor was very dirty.

GERALD DI called and asked for 24 hours. When I got there, they told me I had 4 hours? They end up giving me 12 hours. I had to rush my move in order to get it back, so they could rent it the following morning. Thats not what I requested. Somebody should know!
LANE HI had to pick up at Scotts Auto after my preferred location was moved without prior notification. Luckily Scotts was just down the road. The place is a little small and run down feeling, but the staff was super nice and very efficient in getting me the keys so I could be on my way.

MADELYN RThe first vehicle assigned to me had a check engine light. They put a diagnostic monitor and determined it was an issue with the catalytic converter. They swapped out that truck for a different vehicle and I had no other issues!

ROBERT PI had two empty water cups I left in cup holders She charged me $25.00 cleaning fee. I left the gas gauge exactly where Ifound it. She charged me $10.00. Outrageous

zormary aThis location is very remote in the middle of no where. I booked my truck closer to my house but when I went to pick up I was informed no truck was available. I had to spend 80 $ more to visit this remote location to get a truck simply because your service even though it says it reserved a truck for me at the location of my choice didn’t actually reserve it and made me waste 3 extra hours and spend 80 $ more to get a truck. It would be great if you can hold a reservation next time.

Nakia SConvenient pick-up. Staff was friendly and attentive. Equipment provided below average. Cowling from under hood was in passenger compartment. (Rep said a technician had worked on the truck on Friday.) Error about stabilizer was active. Check engine light was on. Drive train made a lot of noise. .

EDWARD AI had a 9 AM pickup - they were late so I called the number to see where they were someone got there about 20 minutes later. The check engine light was on the entire time so that was concerning. I get it it's a rental, but you should be on time and not have lights service lights lit on the vehicle.

Thomas CScheduled pick up for 9am - the same time the business was supposed to open. Arrived at 8:55am, business was dark - called at 9:05 am and whomever answered said they were running late to work. Arrive around 9:15am, but nothing was ready, supplies ordered with the truck had to be grabbed from the back somewhere. Did not have everything I requested as far as moving supplies. Just dropped them in the front of the building, meanwhile the moving truck was located across the street. Just handed me the keys and sent me on my way. The truck was located on the grass with other vehicles behind it, so the only way to get it out was to drive over the curb. Ended up not finishing the rental process until 9:45/9:50am despite pre entering everything in the U-Haul app. My movers were sitting at the house waiting for me for nearly 45 minutes.

ROBERT PThe folks there were very kind! My Niece had never rented a Uhaul before and neither had I so we didn't realize when we left the truck we were supposed to put the keys in the drop box. Anyway, the folks there were very understanding, they just I formed us of the drop box should we use them again, and we will!! Thanks again to the kind folks at SCOTT'S AUTO & RENTALS
CHERYL WHaving to drive back and forth to the pick up/drop off actual location was a bit aggravating.
Tracy BVehicle had a transmission that slipped. Had to pick up the vehicle at a different location then that location was closed early and it was transferred to another. The total mileage should have been changed to allow for the added distance from where I went to rent but it wasn’t. Had to pay for 18 extra miles.

Martia LI rented a trailer for just 1 hour and I already denied all insurance on the website. When I went to pick it up they added the insurance and told me it was tax. When I got the email invoice it said insurance. Before adding insurance, you should ask.
Joseph ZHad a rental agreement it was canceled by the 800 haul the last minute since they did not have equipment and I was sent somewhere else in a different state to pick up the equipment that I used and charge more and then The original reservation. I call to explain the situation and I have to wait for somebody to call me back you don’t take care of this right away? Says a lot for your customer service and honesty. I payed tolls I was aggravated and all I was trying to do was to move was because my mother died and I needed to take care of my father and this is what I get from U-Haul in a time of crisis. your companies definitely going to be like Sears and some of the other companies that are older and go under with this type of behavior shame on U-Haul and everybody that works there that allows this switch and bait. I’ve disputed the charge I will not play these games with any company.
eddie bSo, I called prior to arriving to make sure truck was ready. The person checked it and called me back to say it was. When arriving, the person didn’t know how to use the computer system and made a change that raised the rate by 300 dollars. It took forever to fix it and as I was ready to finally leave, it turns out it was the wrong truck and we had to start from scratch and check that one. This delay cost me a lot because I had movers standing by on the start of the move and had to get an additional hotel room on the other end.

JUANITA VUhaul charges are a little to high for me. The $19.95 that’s advertised , I feel like is a way to get customers . Than customer walk in to find out it’s more than what is advertised. Plus mileage cost is high! During a pandemic I think there should of been some type of discount or lower rates.
