Make sure you can hook up a trailer. I was told I was lucky because sometimes there isn't anyone that can help. They were very pleasant and they did hook the trailer up for me. I asked aboutgetting the next size up but it would have cost me an extra $120.00. I kept the smaller one. The toll free number is much cheaper than the individual dealers.
THERESA AI got charged $21.40 because I dropped it off at lunch, but it was in the contract unknown to me. It had to be back by 9 AM so I was going to rent another trailer to go back to Georgia with but that $21 charge since I had already rented three trailers in a row with U-Haul they lost that other rental because of that charge.

Temple MThe worst experience ever... I reserved the truck for Saturday, the location was closed. Myself and another person were having so many difficulties with the check in on the mobile app. It took almost 40 minutes for the process. When I finally get checked in and get the keys, I get in the truck and start it up only to find there is only a 1/4 tank of gas. I had to got get gas to make it where I was going (now I am an hour behind ). The alignment on the truck was off and there was damage already on the truck. The app says to look at the pictures for damage before leaving but there were no pictures, so we took about 50 pics before leaving the site just protect myself. I have rented from Uhaul in the past and never had this many issues. Every time I have rented there was always a full tank of gas. I put gas in it and of course lost out on that because there was more in it when I dropped off than when I picked up. When I returned it I went through the process for drop off and it did not work, so I had to call Uhaul customer service to have them manually check it in so I didn't get charged for not returning it. NEVER AGAIN !!!! if this is the direction Uhaul is going then I will find another company to rent from.

MANUEL RWas sent to this location because the first place U haul sent me even with reservations didn’t have a truck and refused to help me, the location at the Chevron on Havendale Blvd is terrible.
William LSigns or more direction on where to park would be great. We didn’t block any bay doors or entrance but wasn’t sure if it was an ok spot to park.

MARK WMy problem started long before arriving at the final pick up point. However specifically regarding this location I will say the Car Transport was in a very very tight location in a field with 3 foot high grass growing through the trailer. Overall dislocation I would not consider a horrible experience, but someone with average driving skills would not have been able to safely talk to, and retrieve the trailer out of the tight spot it was in. The fact that I had to wait 2 1/2 hours to successfully retrieve my car transport has led me away from U-Haul in the future. My original reservation was for 7 AM at another location but there was no equipment so I had to wait until this location opened at 9 AM, and was finally able to get a trailer at 9:30 AM
Elton MThey didn't have the size truck I wanted but I had reservations at a different location and I didn't know so I got the next size up and they saw check engine light on and offered the next size up no extra charge. Was polite explained policy etc. We returned the truck this a.m before anyone was in the office so idk if there's anything else that I need to have to do but they were great

JAMES AThe trailer jack stand broke and couldn’t get it off the truck had to borrow a car jack from the facility to even get it off the truck. These trailers should be gone through more often than apparently they do.
James KI was charged way more than I should have been simply because we had to switch the vehicle we rented. The miles were never readjusted so I was charged 3 times as much as I was quoted. Then I was charged twice after it was all done.
