The rental process was fine but the attendant refused to connect the trailer to my car and told me he wouldn't hook up the trailer to my car and said to me that "We don't do that, it's your job" When I returned it in Jacksonville I asked the return attendant about that and he said that it it absolutely Uhaul's job to hook it up. The trailer was dirty inside, not full of trash but dirty, including a lovely sparkly press-on fingernail. I needed the trailer so I took it but will not rent from this location anymore.
