Get your online reservations on point with what is actually available. Had to drive way out of the way to pick up a trailer that was supposed to be 10 minutes from us. Also need to pay attention to lights on your trailers. Also since it was an inconvenience for us to drive out of the way, we were supposed to get a discount on the rental plus have it from Friday-sundwy per my email. However at location they told me it had to be back Saturday. Online it told me I owed 25.00, I'm being charged double that.Casey O.
The equipment is in the front of the store and behind, with no way for the customer to know where their vehicle is. I had to call customer support because no one told me that the truck would not be out front and I could not locate it.Jesse F.
