Great service
JARROD HDid not receive the needed documentation to check out truck but an employee was passing by the storage facility and stopped. I told her what had happened and she completed all the necessary paperwork with me and I was on my way. Excellent customer service.
Doug SThe truck was gassed up, clean, equipment that I needed was in there! Sadly the check in on my phone was a nightmare though. The person that called me Friday was very nice from the storage facility, she told me everything was good and I just needed to check in on the app Saturday morning to get the code for the keys, we it didn't work out that easy. They had to call my employer to verify me at 7:00 in the morning which I'm sure he didn't appreciate, that could have been done Friday or even before since I started the reservation Wednesday evening!
