They told us the wrong location to return unit and had to go to a different location. Just very chaotic.

Nathan was helped although very unsure about the returning a trailer process. He stated he knew how to fulfill a reservation but not to process a return so showing, Nathan, how to work the return process of Uhaul trailer would be beneficial

Christine HTrailer was NOT inspected before the DISTRICT MANAGER hooked it to 20' truck for me. Tires had cords showing all the way around tire from bent axle and I had yo have 2 Tires changed before I even left town. Had to pick up and drop off equipment at 2 separate locations
