How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was quick and clean. The interior of the van was not what I would call clean. When i swept it out there were french fries and dirt between the seats. I also have to ask WHY we were charged for two days and the scheduled return time was 26 hours after pick up (thats 1 day 2 hours)?

Tyler EThe employees were amazing! I am really grateful I got to meet them. They were so helpful and kind. There was some miscommunication between us, otherwise I would rate this a 5 star place. I was going to another city and they said I could drop the trailer off there for a $40 charge, but when I went to the other location they told me it would be upwards of $500 to drop the trailer off there. It really messed up my whole day of plans because I had to rearrange everything. I think some clarification on where you can drop off would have significantly helped. The equipment was great! Again, it was the miscommunication that was hard for me
