Attendant did not assist with trailer hookup. Did not verify trailer lights were working. Tail lights did not work. Drove 150 miles in the dark with no rear lights. Poor service.

Marco MTruck was rented over night by someone else and the counter person had it reserved for me the next morning. She was not aware that the previous renter turned it in with lots of dry mud on the floor mats.
Terry CReserved 2 Dollie’s.. the pick location didn’t have any so they sent us to another location across town. They said they didn’t have any so we ended up going to Lowe’s and buying dollies, but I was still charged for the dollies on the rental then the manager calls and says the other location did have dollies if we want to go back over there. I told him we had already went and bought dollies at Lowe’s and he said well if you wanna take them back and get your money back, we could go back to the place that told us they didn’t have any and get some by then we were hours behind on our moving then when we looked at the gas in the truck, it was only 3/4 of a tank full
Bryan WRented twice from this location,and both times was not able to pick up early work Mobil app. Mgr was quite sure how app worked. Also blankets and dolly were not in truck or even at location even though I had clef with manager days before. I had to run around to other locations to get blankets and dolly. They did comp me the blankets but I got billed for all the extra miles I used running around picking everything up. Not a good experience. Maybe some retraining and communication would help
Wally CI picked up the truck before they opened, when I did the check in I found that there was not an equipment dolly in the truck as I reserved. I waited for an hour for the location to open and when they got there they just said they didn’t have one and I would have to call customer service. I talked to Kelly at the local customer service office and he did locate a dolly for my but it was quite a ways away so I didn’t ever get one. This made a day that was already tough even tougher!

Michael CThe office representative was not on site when I brought the vehicle back . I had to call a number and get the code to put the truck back . Very frustrating.
Christian WThe rep at this location was super friendly and the office was very clean and organized, but the service and vehicle were really bad. The truck was covered in snow and ice when I picked it up, and I had to clean it off. I also order a dozen moving blankets, but was told they didn't have any when I got there. The 10' truck was in really bad shape. Engine lights on the dash too. Luckily this wasn't a cross country move. When I dropped it off at our destination, the Uhaul dealer made a comment that he couldn't believe how old that vehicle was and that I got 'a real dog.' This particular truck needs to be taken out of the rotation.
Daniel JFurniture pads were not in stock. These should be available al\t all times at each U-Haul location. These are necessities for movers. Another U-Haul place in Farmington, AR, didn't have any either.
Beverly SThe location was not customer focused. The equipment clearly had not been looked at since the last drop off. There was a rancid smell in the can cab and box. There was used equipment that I was asked to move to another truck and then had to return while trying to load. Before being able to load I spent nearly $50 on odor absorbers and air fresheners but my personal belongings still stunk after being in the truck.
