William FMy original reservation was at Midguard storage in Florence, about 10 miles from this location. I showed up to the Florence location to pick up the keys for our uhaul at 10am only to be greeted by a screen and a remote manager. She completed our reservation but said the keys were not left for 24 hour pickup. After waiting 30 minutes or more the remote manager came back on and informed us no one would physically be there until 1pm. She then changed our reservation to the Tuscumbia location. This location was wonderful. The receptionist was very helpful and got us in a truck with all the supplies we needed very quickly. We were thankful for a kind and helpful employee after dealing with the incompetence of Florence.

William GTHE TRUCK WAS FAIRLY CLEAN. TRYING TO CHECK IN ON LINE TOOK 2 HOURS. MY EDUCATED 63 YR OLD SISTER AND I ON TWO PHONES COULD NOT MAKE THE APP ALLOW US TO SIGN ON AFTER USING UHAUL.COM. FINALLY, AFTER MULTIPLE CONVERSATIONS WITH 3 REPS WE WERE ABLE TO CHECK IN. DURING THE DELAY, MY 3 MOVERS SAT WAITING WHILE ON THE 25.00 X 3 MEN PER HOUR THAT I HAD TO PAY THEM. WE SHOULD BE REFUNDED PART OF COST. THE REP HAD MANY, MANY WAITING FOR ASSISTANCE. SHE WAS GREAT. THE SYSTEM GETS A 0. JUST SAYIN......
