The location was great. However, the app was a nightmare. Dropped off, click the options on the drop off list, it said thank you, a representative will reach out to you if there are any issues. We drop the key in the lock box and all the sudden the app wanted all these pictures of drop off. Then, the app kept giving an upload error after we took the 25+ pictures it asked for. Next time we will definitely choose a location that has an actual person working.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe uhaul was dirty and making a racket we were.only driving about 2hrs to deliver a brand new couch and recliner and was going to keep it to move other furniture since we had it for 24hrs but we returned it immediately when we took the couch to the new home bevause we were afraid it would go out on us. We took photos of the gas recipt where we filled it back up and the nastiness. We were charged a cleaning fee and a gas refill fee when I had the pictures to prove how we recieved it and my gas recipt time stamped 5 min before turning it back in. Im waiting on uhaul to look at my pictures to see if they will reimburse those fees. Totally u professional. Would not recommend.
