RACHEL WI spoke to the store the night before pick up of the trailer. They said I could come in at 7:50 am Saturday to pick up. So I travelled to MD from PA. Showed up at 7:50 am Saturday to find no one there and a sign stating will return at 8:30 am. So I went back to my parents house and came back at 8:30 am. Still no one there. Finally some one showed up to open at 9:05 am. Was a huge waste of time and gas to show up when I was told I could show up. Very disappointed in the disconnect. And the wasted time and gas going back and forth to wait for the place to open.
PHILIP PMaintenance check your own tires not on the customer it effects gas… Not Cool as well as other fluids
CYNTHIA JI do have issues with U-Haul but not this location he was great! But my experience with U-Haul in regards to the West Virginia scheduling center was the worst there was no communication they changed my reservation without contacting me and when I would get reserved a truck the truck was gone by the time I got there.

Terri CVickie was great. Friendly Courtesy She explained everything clearly. She did have a tech issue - not being able to print my receipt - but it was emailed and all is well! One issue with the truck - mirrors were extremely difficult to adjust. I’m short but even inside the cab the mirror didn’t stay where I needed it. Best part — rain held off for loading and unloading. I’ll definitely use this location again when I need a larger vehicle. Thanks for being there when needed.
Janet LThe Staff at Securloc Self Storage in Hagerstown is Awesome! I completed my Final trip for my State to State Move. They, Cassie specifically, worked with me throughout my move which had unforeseen delay to a health related issue, but I am finally complete and in one State, I am extremely Grateful I chose UHAUL for my Moving Trucks-3, Car Hauler, and lastly 6x12 trailer. Now I can start to relax... Thanks for All the support A- very Satisfied Customer. James

Clemente JHorrible they it said they closed at 2pm on Saturdays but I get there at Alittle before 1:30pm and there closed that wouldn't be an issue but I had poor internet connection and trying to do the return procedure with poor Internet was horrible, so I'm not even sure if it went through. however I was told on the app that if I was having trouble just to drop off the contract in the mailbox which I did and waived it in front of the camera hopefully I won't be charged a late fee.
Robert GCheck engine light came on after making one trip, it was hesitant to go. I called and was told to just drop it off at the location I picked it up from- which was 30 miles. Absolutely will never rent another uhaul! Not to mention I booked a storage unit as well- it says open til 10pm, but that’s not the case for “first time renters”. So I wasted 60 miles making a POINTLESS trip. Absolutely added so much added stress on top of moving.

Antoine CSpeaking about UHAUL the Company, not this particular rental location... Every truck I've rented seems to have minor but annoying problems. Loud engine noise in the cab, something rattles that maybe shouldn't, or the front tires shimmy at certain speeds. Most of the trucks appear clean; but could be cleaner and the front windshield should be spotless before the next rental. The best part of renting from UHAUL is when you can finally return your vehicle and turn in the keys. Maybe their fleet is getting old, or they rent to humans who don't know how to respect rental property. Either way, it's never a pleasant experience, but it serves its purpose as far as providing what you need, a truck to haul stuff.
MARK FNo one was at the location at time of in person pick up had to call customer service. Once in the uhaul the driver door was very hard to close and the rear passenger tire was low on air (around 20 psi instead of 80) overall was my worst uhaul experience would not recommend this location to anyone

Cynthia CNo problems renting or returning truck. BUT why don't U-Haul truck have cruise control, and backup cameras? These are safety features and would be immensely helpful in safe operation.

byron mThe truck door wire came off the spool after we loaded it and unloaded it. We were stuck at the storage unit for 45 minutes. It was obvious that it happened easily and was not the first time. I had to call several times for check-in and issues with the truck. This was supposed to be a simple, local operation.

RAY WPick up and drop off was a breeze. Customer service was very good. The estimated charges for the day and for mileage were accurate and affordable. No surprises no surprise of charges. Very pleased. I will use this facility again if necessary.
