It was confusing to rent this truck. In the past I ordered it online, chose dates and times and simply picked up truck, refilled gas and that was it. I got several calls regarding this scheduled order, the person changed my dates and I had to start from the beginning and the person did not do the order correctly so I got calls that I had to return the truck a day too early. The charges changed from the amount on the Uhaul site. I had trouble returning the vehicle as well.

JOSE COzzie was absolutely amazing!!!!!! Would recommend this location to anyone
Itvis AThe drivers side mirror didn't adjust adequately for me. It only moved in and out as opposed to up and down as well. To see traffic in the drive side mirror i had to scrunch down in the seat to be able to see the traffic, since I couldn't adjust the mirror upward.

MELVI CI have a storage unit at this location and my experience with Ozzie, Cody and Sam has been phenomenal. I rented a U-Haul there this week (not the first time), and accidentally locked the U-Haul keys in U-Haul when I stopped for a coffee on my way out. Ozzie immediately got on the phone with management, and the GM himself, Jay, came to the rescue. He went out of his way, was kind and efficient. What a great team and all on one service at this location. Highly recommend!

Hieuminh NThis truck was the worst U-Haul rental I’ve ever had. When driving on the highway it bounces around when you’re approaching any overpass. The left mirror is not tight will not stay straight while driving. The knob on the window crank falls off when you touch it. The vehicle pulls right while driving. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a U-Haul vehicle. Also the airbag light is on indicating that the airbag will not deploy when needed. This is a safety concern and that vehicle should never have been on the road.
BOBBY HThe service was great, everything went very well. I recommend this place to everyone.
